her ability as a watercolourist to get to the very heart of her subject matter.
The quality of Zulu basketry, and the value, is always determined by the
intricacy of the design and the finesse of the weave. I think Lindy has managed
to capture both those elements – whilst including other subject matter to
enhance the whole picture.”
