Westville Theatre Club will present Where There’s A Will, a play by Ian
Hornby from April 11 to 21, 2018.
This is a dark comedy/drama set in the late
60’s in England. It takes place in Linda and Derek Parkinson's living room.
Derek and Linda were once so in love but now the honeymoon is over and they
just want to kill each other.
The players in this murderous comedy are
Derek and Linda Parkinson, Linda's younger sister Carol, Derek's younger
brother Colin.
Also thrown into this toxic mix is Mary
their housekeeper who has worked with them for so long she is part of the
furniture. Add The Vicar and Peter and Julie, old friends of the Parkinson's,
and you have a heady brew of skulduggery and mayhem
.
The cast features Derek Griffin; Elzette
Smith; Nkulee Mbatha; Daniel Oosthuizen; Maya Zozulya; Devon Grant; Hayley Hore
and Steve Joubert.
There will be performances of Where There’s A Will from April 11 to 14
and again from April 18 to 21 at 19h30 at the Westville Theatre Club. Tickets
R80 (table of 8 pay for 7). Bring your own food and drinks. To book contact
