Child Welfare Durban and District is
hosting “World Social Workers Day” in celebration to its 100 years of Child
Protection Services. It will be acknowledging everyone who has contributed to
social work, promoting Community and Environmental Sustainability and thanking
those who have assisted Child Welfare Durban and District in the journey to
success.

“We encourage all social workers, students,
lecturers, corporates involved in csi programs, associates and members of the
public. It’s a day to reunite and network with members associated in Social
responsibility activities, empowering and motivational talks being delivered
along with food and beverages being served,” say the organisers.
The event takes place on March 24, 2018,
from 09h00 until 14h00 at the Blue Lagoon Conference Centre.
