(Naum
Rousine)
The
World Most Beautiful Music comes to The Royal Show
in Pietermaritzburg this year when local audiences are to be treated to a
magical compilation of timeless, emotionally stirring classics.
Take this opportunity to unwind, sit-back
and relax while listening to the rich tapestry of emotions under a sparkling
blue African sky - a performance is not to be missed.
The Royal Symphony Concert, now in its
seventh year, is presented by The Royal Show in association with the KZN
Philharmonic Orchestra and Music Revival. Conducted by Naum Rousine, the
concert will feature soloists Federico Freschi (baritone) and Myfanwy Price
(oboe).
The programme is introduced by Andy
Capostagno. Well-known as Super Sport commentator on everything from rugby to
netball, Capostagno has a secret love for the classics and all things relating
to musical trivia.
