Trick & Treat, presented by The South African Magical Society (SAMS), offers a magical Halloween-themed family experience at the Rhumbelow Theatre Durban, performed by some of the country’s top magicians.

Guests can expect to see extraordinary magic as well as some wonderful Halloween-themed set-pieces. The show is suitable for all ages, although parental discretion is advised for young children.

Trick & Treat is directed by Ricki Gray, President of SAMS and one of South Africa’s best-loved illusionists. It promises to be the ideal way to spend Halloween this year.

SAMS is the oldest magicians’ society in Africa, and one of the oldest in the world. Founded in 1918, the society is celebrating its 100th birthday this year. SAMS has members from all walks of life: businessmen, academics, sea captains, artisans, doctors, sales people, writers and, of course, professional entertainers.

Anyone interested in joining SAMS or in arranging a performance by its members, is encouraged to visit or find the society on Facebook.
