In Andrew Young’s new show, Saxman, he brings together every
saxophone classic you can think of at the Rhumbelow in Durban and at Tina’s in
Kloof.
In Saxman,
he demonstrates decades of saxophone-influenced hits such as Tequila, the iconic theme from Pink Panther, The Girl From Ipanema, Morning
Dance, Take 5, Baker Street and many more.
The Liverpool-born saxophonist with his
unique brand of humour and showmanship, together with his brilliant band of
International musicians, will once again grace the stage for what will surely
be another night to remember.
Performances as follows:
February 27 at 19h30 at Rhumbelow Theatre, 42
Cunningham Road, off Bartle Rd, Umbilo, Durban. (Venue opens 90 minutes before
show for picnics & drinks)
March 1 to 3 at Tina’s Hotel in Kloof –
with performances on Friday at Saturday at 20h00 and on Sunday at 14h00. (Venue
