Rhumbelow Theatre, Umbilo, Durban will
present The Foxy 4 with Leigh Meyer,
Marion Loudon, Jemma Kate Badenhorst and Camilla Rogers. These Foxy females are
sure to have you on your feet in the show that runs from February 15 to 17.
Durban gals Leigh Meyer, Marion Loudon,
Jemma Kate Badenhorst and Camilla Rogers are all well-known for their
individual work as vocalists, actresses and dancers. They have recently teamed
up, combining their talents for their first collaboration in The Foxy 4.
These four gorgeous girls turn up the heat
with this fast-paced look at all their favourite women in music, from Christina
Aguilera, Beyoncé and Adele, the Supremes, Marilyn Monroe and Carole King.
It’s cheeky, it’s fun, and with stylish
choreography and stunning costumes as the girls belt out hits from, Nelly
Furtado, Rihanna, Gloria Estefan, Cilla Black as well as a nod to the Queen of
Soul, Aretha Franklin who recently passed away.
This fun cabaret is a powerhouse of talent,
join svelte Jemma (recently seen in the Rockwood Theatres That 80s Show), the sassy Marion, the spunky Camilla and the ever
so gorgeous Leigh (all three most recently seen in KickstArt’s production of
the musical Camelot), celebrating the
music that inspired all of them to become performers. Get ready to rock as
these ladies let their hair down and pay tribute to some of the world’s
legendary divas of the music industry. A rollercoaster of hits from the 1950’s
to the present day is sure to appeal to all ages.
The show runs from February 15 to 17 with
shows on Friday and Saturday at 20h00 and on Sunday at 14h00 and 18h30. The
venue opens 90 minutes before show for picnic dinner.

be available. There is limited secure parking and booking is essential. A cash
