Running at Gateway and Suncoast from May 31
to June 6, 2019, is NGK, an upcoming
Tamil thriller written and directed by Selvaraghavan. Surya, Rakul Preet Singh
and Sai Pallavi play the lead roles while Devaraj plays a pivotal role.
Nandha Gopalan Kumaran (NGK), a charismatic
young man, embarks on a political journey that brings about an unprecedented
socio-political revolution. NGK’s mother warns him that politics is nothing but
a cemetery, while people ridicule him for being upright. But, NGK chooses to
rise about the negativity and begins his political career from ground zero and
wants to bring the change in the political system of the country. His journey
forms the rest of the plot.
The film’s music and background score is
composed by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
