(Ustad Rahat Fateh Ali Khan)

One musical maestro.  Two nights in two cities.  Three different performances.

Iconic Pakistani artist, Ustad Rahat Fateh Ali Khan, has confirmed two shows in Durban and Johannesburg this July as part of his much-anticipated brand new world tour, Me, Myself & I.

In a first for this musical maestro and international award-winning artist, Rahat will be performing a special three-segment concert that brings a unique fusion of musical brilliance on July 13 at the Durban ICC and the 14th July at Emperors Palace in Johannesburg.

“I am especially proud and excited to be bringing this new tour to South Africa. Me, Myself & I is entirely different to my previous tours. This show is different and fresh and my fans will experience three types of music genres in one concert,” comments Rahat Fateh Ali Khan.

Me, Myself & I is guaranteed to be a sound and production sensation that will include an unplugged session with an array of talented young musicians and the soulful vocals of the maestro; RFAK’s hit Bollywood songs including Dehkte Dehkte, Tere Bin from Simba, Rashke Qama, Nit Khair Mange and more hits from his past three decades; and an incredible musical journey with Rahat’s mesmerising and soulful Qawwali hits.

Rahat Fateh Ali Khan has been mesmerising audiences around the globe for over three decades. As one of the most popular Bollywood playback singers, he has released over 50 title tracks for TV serials, over 100 film songs and has released dozens of original chart-topping hits.

“We’ve already seen some of the best in Bollywood on our stages this year and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan is no exception! We are excited to have him return to South Africa and showcase yet again why he is undoubtedly one of the greatest music legends of our time,” comments Osman Osman, MD of Blu Blood, who are synonymous for bringing world-class Bollywood entertainment to Africa’s stages.

His music has captured the imaginations of listeners as far as the West, with Khan contributing to the soundtrack of the 1995 Hollywood blockbuster, Dead Man Walking.
