if you missed the earlier Feel The Spirit concert, presented by
the Pietermaritzburg Amateur Music Society (PAMS) Choir, there will be another
performance tomorrow (Saturday, August 31, 2019)
The Feel
The Spirit concert was led by the dynamic Pietermaritzburg Amateur Music
Society (PAMS) musical director and Drakondale principal Botes Gresse. Matthew Hoffman accompanied the excellent
Drakondale Girls Choir, while soloist Nafas Frenzel and PAMS pianist Jacques
Heyns provided some goose bump moments.
The concert was well attended and people loved
the great variety of songs, which included the song cycle, Feel the Spirit by John Rutter and favourites from popular musicals
and film music.
Feel
The Spirit takes place tomorrow at 15h00 at
Drakondale Girls Choir School, D79, Merrivale, outside Pietermaritzburg.
