Music Revival’s August concerts feature the
brilliant, young and very popular musician Junnan Sun (clarinet). He will be
joined on stage by Christopher Duigan (piano).
This programme features a varied choice of
familiar and less-often played melodies and promises to be a spectacular and
entertaining selection! Junnan Sun is a graduate of the Royal College of Music,
London and until recently held the position of Principal Clarinet with the
KwaZulu-Natal Philharmonic Orchestra.
This programme of music from Mozart’s
Concerto for Clarinet, the Concerto No 2 of Carl Maria von Weber, a Hungarian
Fantasy, and original composed music by Christopher Duigan, from his Four KZN Landscapes.
