Back by popular demand, The Gee Jays present
Don’t Worry Be Happy at Rhumbelow
Theatre Tina’s Hotel in Kloof. The show runs from September 19 to 22, 2019.
The seventh World Happiness Report has been
released and it seems we aren’t such a jolly bunch. Out of 156 countries, South
Africa has been placed 106th. Finland, home of Santa, taking the top spot.
Curiously, the top four happiest countries
are all freezing. Maybe there’s only so much your daily dose of Vitamin D can
do.
Are you one of those South Africans who is
tired of watching the same old reruns on TV or sub-par performances by our
sports teams? Are you feeling depressed about the corruption and crime, load
shedding, petrol price and poor service delivery?
Well, don’t worry. The “new” Gee Jays trio,
including the sassy sexy Marion Loudon, bring you a reason to be Happy again.
Songs and comedy sketches that will take the weight off your shoulders and put
a smile on your dial
We bring you a triple dose of happiness in
the form of Happy Songs such as: Don’t
Worry Be Happy, Walking back to Happiness, Oh Happy Day, If you Wanna be Happy
amongst many others. Songs from Pharrell Williams, Justin Timberlake, The
Beatles, Elvis, Roy Orbison, Phil Collins, Cher, Crosby Stills and Nash amongst
a host of other well-known artists. Interspersed with new comedy items, this
show is fresh and new
