Attention all lovers of magnificent tenor
voices. The popular opera group, I Grandi Tenori, will have a performance at
the Hilton Arts Festival on September 15, 2019.
This concert promises to deliver, with
spectacular gusto, these tenors singing some of the world’s best-loved and
well-known arias and songs.
Be sure not to miss a concert which
includes classics like the great Nessum
Dorma, but also crowd favourites like Funiculi
Funicular, O Sole Mio and Time to Say
Goodbye. Durban’s own Kananelo Sehau and Mlindi Pato, under the artistic
directorship of Sanele Mkhize and directed by Kwazi Theophilus Mhlongo, will royally
entertain audiences.
I Grandi Tenori, whose aim is to explore
classical and operatic music, was established in 2011 and last year sang their
first international concert in Singapore.

Grandi Tenori In Concert, which takes place at
10h30 on September 15, 2019, is bound to raise the roof and bring on the goose
bumps.
The Hilton Arts Festival runs from September
13 to 15, 2019, in the grounds of Hilton College, near Pietermaritzburg.
