The School of Arts (Music) will present the
Opera public recitals 2019 on Wednesday (November 6, 2019) from 12h30 until 16h00
at UKZN Howard College Jubilee Hall (OSCA).
The candidates are classical vocalists
Avuya Ngcaweni (Bachelor of Arts Honours), Luxolo Mahlasela (Bachelor of Arts
Honours), Thembeka Zungu (BA Music), Philangenkosi Mashabane (Bachelor of Arts
Honours), Mhlengi Ngcobo (Bachelor of Arts Honours), and Nkonzo Mthembu
(Bachelor of Arts Honours)
Expect to hear pieces by H T Burleigh,
Nqobile Nkonzo, Mozart, Felix Mendelssohn, Robert Schumann and more.
