Dance Xercise Lab takes place on the lawns
alongside the former Snake Park after work Monday and Wednesday from 17h00
until 18h00 and Saturday mornings from 08h30 until 09h30.
Joining fee is R50 and R150 monthly fee. No
experience is necessary. Wear comfy clothes and bring a towel and drinking
water.
