M-Net creates explosive entertainment with “Action Tuesdays”. Three hit series return to the channel with new seasons on July 14, 2020.
Bad guys don’t stand a chance on M-Net’s action-packed Tuesday line-up. On July 14, the number one channel on DStv Premium is hitting the bull’s eye with back-to-back new seasons of three of Hollywood’s biggest procedural shows: NCIS: Los Angeles, S.W.A.T and FBI.
Now in its eleventh season, NCIS: Los Angeles, which starts at 19h00, is well known for its hard-to-crack cases that need to be solved by undercover agents “G” Callen (Chris O’Donnell) and Sam Hanna (LL Cool J). The way they use false identities and sophisticated technology to capture violent and evasive criminals is the source of riveting television.
At 20h00, the action stays in the City of Angels, where former marine and local-born sergeant Daniel “Hondo” Harrison (Shemar Moore) runs a specialised tactical team in S.W.A.T. In Season 2, Hondo deals with more bombings, robberies, cocaine trafficking and kidnappings. The vigilante fighters at his side include veteran David "Deacon" Kay, Christina "Chris" Alonso, Dominique Luca, Victor Tan, newbie Jim Street and Commander Robert Hicks.
Then, at 21h00, it’s off to New York to nip crime in the bud with the expertise of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. Created by Emmy award-winning television guru Dick Wolf, and the team behind Law & Order series, season 2 of FBI continues with more head-scratching crimes in the Big Apple. The team that use all their expertise, intellect, and technical abilities to restore order consists of Special Agent Maggie Bell, Omar Adom 'OA' Zidan, Dana Mosier, Jubal Valentine and Kristen Chazal.
In the second season, viewers will also meet some new characters: Alana De La Garza is Isobel Castille, a new Special Agent in charge, and John Boyd as Kristin's new partner Agent Stuart Scola.
