(Nikhil Tricam)

The KZNSA will be hosting a two week art workshop with accomplished artist and photographer, Nikhil Tricam. This programme will take place over two sessions, on March 20 and 27 from 09h00 to 12h00.

Tricam is an artist and architect living in Durban, South Africa. His exploration of the city began with urban art and illustration, and through time has evolved into loose, ink impressions of the city.

His work focuses on the interplay between the static, built context of building and street and the dynamic, ever changing forces that give life to the urban realm. He works in ink, acrylic, graphite and pencil, and has begun exploring documenting the city through the lens.

The workshop will include all material for both classes at a cost of R650/person. The KZNS Arts CafĂ© will be available for coffee and breakfast.
