Deadline for submitting work for sale at the Affordable Art Show: April 26, 2021
Dolos venue on the Point in Durban (with safe parking at uShaka Marine World) has a range of retail and arts options.
They have a Pop-Up shop every Saturday and Sunday from 09h00 to 14h00 selling vintage goods and local crafts.
But in addition there are three special events this month and every month:
Last Thursday (April 29): Live music and food and this month an Affordable Art Show as well.
First Saturday (May 1): Vintage Station, a range of vendors offering high-quality vintage clothes and objects.
First Sunday (May 2): Side-Hustle, an outdoor market with interesting local craft work.
Artists interested in submitting work for sale at the Affordable Art Show have until April 26, 2021. All media welcome. Every piece will sell for R1,000 or under. Email dolosonpoint@gmail.com for more information.
