On May 16, 2021, the KZN Youth Orchestra will be presenting a lovely varied programme of music in Durban’s beautiful Botanic Gardens.
The orchestra, comprising 45 musicians from around KZN between the ages of 7 to 18, will play a programme which will include popular classics, film music and local South African tunes!
The event will take place at the Amphitheatre which
currently allows for seating for 150 patrons per show. There will be two shows
– at 11h00 and 13h00.
It is a beautiful spot for a picnic so bring hampers, chairs and blankets and the whole family and enjoy a glorious day out. There is plenty of parking in the visitor’s centre carpark but allow time to walk up to the Amphitheatre and to complete the Covid forms.
