Released by UK label World Music Network, Guy Buttery’s One Morning in Gurgaon is out on September 10, 2021.
“I’m super happy to announce the upcoming release of my brand new album One Morning in Gurgaon,” says Buttery.
“Recorded in India with two absolute masters (Mohd. Amjad Khan on tabla and Mudassir Khan on sarangi) the full-length trio record will be released by World Music Network next month. Pre-orders have officially opened and a small taster of what is to come is now live which you can sample on the link below.
“Recorded just outside Delhi, the music serves as a conduit between two worlds with the hopes of offering up some stillness in these bizarre times we find ourselves in.
