THE DROP

(Left: Boy Nkala & Muzi Mhlanga)

Just In Time Productions in association with The Stable Theatre will present The Drop – a cutting edge drama at the Stable Theatre from August 27 to 28, 2021.

The Drop is about a young educated couple that struggles to get employment because of the environment they are living in, where you need to be connected in order to get a job. The wife finds herself doing domestic work for the tender-preneur who in turn expects sexual favours for her to keep her job. After having done this for a long time, the wife decides it was now enough.

The Drop will leave the audiences asking for more as it has all the elements of drama including humour, entertainment, conflict, education, etc.

The Drop is written and directed by the well-known Durban theatre extraordinaire, Zeph Nzama. The production boasts an experienced and versatile cast of performers: Muzi Mhlanga; Ntokozo Khambule Mhlongo and Boy Nkala.
