Barry Thomson & The Reals in association with The Rhumbelow Theatre will pay tribute to the music of Neil Diamond in their popular show, Hot August Night.
There will be one performance on September 18, 2021, at the Northlands Bowling Club in Durban North. The show takes place at 18h00. (Venue opens 90 minutes before show for picnic dinner)
Born in January 1941, Neil Diamond is an American composer, singer, musician and actor. With 38 songs in the Top 10 on the Billboard Adult Contemporary charts, Diamond has sold more than 125 million albums worldwide, making him one of the best-selling musicians of all time.
“We would ask that if you are able to please assist us and the performers by donating a higher ticket price,” says Roland Stansell who runs the Rhumbelow circuit.
Tickets minimum R160 (no discounts for this show). Northlands Bowling Club Members R130. Bring food picnic baskets. A full bar is available (no alcohol may be brought on to the premises).
All seating will be at separate tables and the venue will obviously be seating co-habiting couples and/or family members together.
Limited secure parking available.
With the current Covid levels, the venue will be limiting capacity to 50% capacity per show - as the Rhumbelow venues are small, they will be applying a 50% protocol for safety.
