SPANISH FIRE & A MODERN TWIST

At the end of July, classical guitarist Dylan Erasmus lights up the Rhumbelow stage with the passion of Spain.

From the dust of the bull rings to the grandeur of the Alhambra palace, from pounding flamenco to soothing romance, Erasmus will ignite the fire in your soul, the perfect antidote to a winter’s evening.

Erasmus has mastered the illusion of making one guitar sound like three. He has garnered an international following on online platforms, participated in many shows and made a number of radio appearances. “My vision is to re-ignite a passion for the classical guitar in South Africa,” he says.

As a counterpoint to the classical music, Dylan Erasmus will be joined onstage by singer Kim Worth who will sing a selection of popular modern songs. Apart from participating in and achieving high acclaim in competitions and performances, she has toured Europe with the KZN Youth Choir performing at the Summa Cum Laude festival.

Enjoy the remarkable talents of Dylan Erasmus and Kim Worth, live at the Rhumbelow Theatre.
