Durban's 'story-driven dream folk pop' artist Rowan Stuart will be performing at his first showcase concert of 2023 at Seabrooke's Theatre on August 19.

This year, the singer-songwriter and guitarist has been focused on releasing a series of new singles, each accompanied by its own cinematic music video. Now, Stuart looks forward to taking to the stage to showcase his new music.

The concert will include the live debut of Rowan's latest releases Empire, Otherlife and Hidden Stars, as well as a selection of material from his seven solo albums, and a few re-interpreted classic songs by others.

The lineup will consist of Stuart on vocals, electric and acoustic guitar, and Dustin Mason (The Situation) - who is joining Stuart for the first time - on bass guitar.

When planning this showcase, Stuart chose Seabrooke's Theatre for its cinema-like atmosphere, and its excellent sound and lighting, with the aim of creating an unforgettable experience for his audience.

This event will appeal to lovers of well-crafted original music, storytelling, and musicianship.
