UNFIT AND FORTY: ALFRED ADRIAAN

(Right: Alfred Adriaan)

South African comedian Alfred Adriaan brings his highly anticipated, laugh-a-minute new show to Durban off the back of a completely sold-out tour across South Africa, Perth, Sydney and London.

In this latest stand-up comedy, Unfit and Forty, running from August 3 to 4 at the Elizabeth Sneddon Theatre, he laments the trials and tribulations of a middle-aged, married man, as he hilariously looks at his own ageing, married life and his fear of being cancelled.

Adriaan and his wife had to spend a little more time together than they would have liked during the pandemic, but Adriaan made the most of this time, raking in thousands of viewers with his highly relatable and hilarious vlogs that kept many South African’s entertained during lockdown. He is now 40 years old and he has a few things to say or rather a few complaints to make! This is a relatable comedy show aimed to please, as Adriaan once again digs into his own daily life experiences to hilarious effect.

Growing older is something that affects us all and going through this change can be a source of nonstop entertainment if you look at it with the right attitude!

Unfit and Forty runs from August 3 to 4 (see note below) at the Elizabeth Sneddon Theatre.
