BAROQUE 2000: BAROQUE AND BEER

The next Baroque 2000 Concert will take place on October 29, 2023, at 11h30 at the Church of the Mariannhill Monastery.

Titled Baroque and Beer, it will feature tenor Sandile Mabaso.

The programme includes:

Rameau - Excerpts from "Les Indes galantes"

Handel - Love sounds the alarm" (Sandile Mabaso)

Bach - violin sonata

Purcell - "Come let us drink" (Sandile Mabaso)

Handel - Concerto grosso op6 No1 in G major

Purcell - "Fill the bowl with rosy wine" (Sandile Mabaso)

Rameau - La Danse des Sauvages

 

Enjoy a complimentary glass of beer after concert!

Tickets R170 at the door. Children are free.

There is ample free and secure parking. The Tea Garden WILL be open for refreshments and light meals.
