The Tower and Tree, a multi award-winning story will be performed in Durban during the October school holidays at The Station Urban Event Space from October 2 to 6. The show takes place at 09h30 and 11h30.

The show is presented by Peter Court and Patrick and Shannon Kenny and centres around a modern fairly tale about love a self-sacrifice – told through puppetry.

It was written by Patrick Kenny as an audio play for the 2020 National Arts Festival where it won an Ovation Award. The delightful puppets, created by Court, are voiced and animated by the Kennys with the additional vocal talents of Londiwe Ngwazi, Anna Kenny and director Peter Court. The music and songs are by Shannon and Alan Judd of Leopard Moon Studios.
