Classic Rock pays tribute to a selection of iconic rock bands from the 60’s and 70’s era. They feature a selection of popular rock classics from the greatest bands of these eras including Deep Purple, Led Zeppelin, Pink Floyd, Procol Harum, Uriah Heep, Bad Company, Cream, Santana and then some.
Unlike the rock music of today, the rock music of the 60’s and 70’s had melody, great musical content and meaningful lyrics. This genre of music remains a bastion of society to this day.
Leading the team of top Durban musicians is maestro front-man Barry Thomson on guitar and vocals, Musical Director Dawn Selby on keyboards and vocals, Mali Sewell on drums, Andy Turrell on bass guitar & Guest guitarist Shaun Dragt.
The Reals will take you on a journey full of hit songs, nostalgia, fun, and top class playing. If you’re a classic rock music fan, then this is the show for you!
