Come to Andrew Walford’s Pottery Studio in Shongweni on August 9 from 10h00 to 17h00 with truly spectacular scenery overlooking Shongweni Dam and Game Reserve. New kiln load of exciting Japanese style pots, wall tiles, sushi platters, handbasins, vases and new ikebana shapes.
Enjoy meeting friends over tea, coffee, homemade lemon juice and snacks. Try drinking out of new Japanese Zen Zulu chawan.
Walford’s teams of Zulu weavers will be there with latest Isithebe and can take orders for special requests.

Parking is at the usual site opposite the entrance but it is possible to drive up if needed.
Take Shongweni exit off N3 freeway and follow signs for 8kms to B9 in the Shongweni Valley M551 Continuation of Kassier Road.

chance. Every Sunday going forward, Andrew will be holding morning "Clay
Play" lessons, 09h00 to 15h30, to teach you to throw a pot or bowl and
learn brushwork techniques.
Cost R1000 per person
(max 5 people per group).
