Award-winning international pianist Konstantin Soukhovetski will perform a recital for Friends of Music on March 9. The programme includes Schubert’s Sonata B Flat Major D960; Tchaikovsky’s Dumka Opus 59, Chopin’s Opus 22 and Prokofiev’s Sonata Opus 29.
The Prelude Performer for the evening, who will perform for approximately en minutes before Konstantin Soukhovetski, will be baritone Selby Hlangu.
The recital takes place at 19h45 on March 9 at the Durban Jewish Centre, 44 Old Fort Road, Durban. Tickets (R70 (R60 FOM members and R20 students/orchestral members). Booking is through Computicket. There is safe parking.
