FOM/BETH SHALOM CONCERT

Beth Shalom in association with Friends of Music will present a recital on August 21.

The programme will feature The Open Air School Choir conducted by Derek Stafford, the Sandra Breschi Recorder Group, pianist Tasmin Hastings, violinists Erina and Emiri Nishi and soprano Gabrielle Wills. Accompanists will be Ros Conrad, Carol Stranex and Dana Kardjiev.

Also appearing will be The Kearsney Boys Choir, Nomalungelo Zubane (soprano) and Ndumiso Nyoka (tenor) from the Opera School and Choral Academy (OSCA), as well as saxophonist Keziah Peel, teacher Jenny Bonsignore, guitarist Milton Chissano and Acapella featuring students from Durban North schools.

The concert will take place on August 21 at 14h00 sharp at the Durban Jewish Centre, 44 Old Fort Road, Durban. Tickets at the door R80 pp include a scrumptious tea at interval. This price was arranged by the Committee of Beth Shalom.
