The Durban Symphonic Choir will present Stainer’s Crucifixion choral work on Palm Sunday at
St Joseph’s in Mariannhill.

The concert, which will also feature excerpts from Handel’s Messiah, will be conducted by Naum
Rousine and accompanied by Christopher Cockburn.
This year represents the choir’s 50th anniversary
and they plan to present Karl Jenkin’s Requiem
in August.
Crucifixion takes
place on March 20 at 15h00 in St Joseph’s Cathedral, Mariannhill Monastery,
