Following its
success in 2015, the 2nd annual Durban
Summer on Smash draws the year 2016 to a close with a festive bang.
This year’s event,
promises a myriad of scintillating performances from South Africa and
International’s best musicians; the likes of Ricky Rick, Babes Wodumo, Monique
Bingham (USA), Ralf Gum (Germany), OkMalumKoolKat, DJ Bongz, WTF, to name a
few.
Native Shades
Entertainment team has created a fun-filled day paired with a dominant lineup
done the Durban way. Event creator and organizer Ntokozo Shozi of Native
Shades Entertainment says this year will be more authentic and will truly live
up to its ‘SMASH’ name.
“This time around
we have included the best of national and international artists. We are
expecting double the number of guests to come and enjoy good music and summer
fun. We have also for the very first time included Maskandi's biggest artist, Igcokama
Elisha, for another smash flavour. We are looking forward to hosting music
revellers in Pinetown for another EThekwini experience.”
The massive line-up
of local and international acts also include N’dinga Gaba (US), Heavy K, Dj
Happygal, Dj Vumar, Distraction Boyz, Dj Wobbly, Junior De Rocka, Dj Cndo, Dj
Le Soul, Dj Feel, Igcokama Elisha and many more …
Durban Summer on Smash takes place on December 17 at Lahee Park in
Pinetown from 10h00 until late.
Tickets R150 (VIP R350)
booked through Computicket or R200 (VIP R400) at the door. Cooler boxes allowed
until 16h00 - R50 per cooler box. No bottles allowed.
